Paste any chess game in PGN format and get a complete move-by-move breakdown. Every move gets classified as good, inaccuracy, mistake, or blunder with the exact centipawn loss shown so you know how costly each decision was. You get accuracy percentages for both white and black, missed fork and pin detection with visual arrows on the board, and beginner-friendly coach commentary explaining what went wrong and what you should have played instead.
Copy your game's PGN from chess.com, Lichess, or any other chess platform and paste it right into the input box here. On chess.com, open your game and use the share or download button to copy the PGN text. On Lichess, click the export button on any game page. The analyzer accepts standard PGN notation from any source - just paste and hit analyze. Your game review starts within seconds.
The analyzer uses a two-phase analysis pipeline. First, a fast pattern recognition scan flags suspicious moves. Then a deep engine verification confirms exactly how many centipawns were lost and finds the best move you missed. On top of that, the tactic detector scans every position for missed forks and pin opportunities, marking them with colored arrows on the board and badges in the move list so nothing slips past unnoticed.
The coach notes panel gives you clear, beginner-friendly explanations for every move. It tells you when you left a piece hanging, when you missed a safe capture, when you should have fought for the center, or when your king was still in danger. For bad moves, it explains specifically what you lost - which piece, why, and what the better alternative was. For early moves, it gives safety tips that help build good habits from the start.
Click any move in the move list to jump to that position, or use the arrow buttons to step forward and back one move at a time. You can also use keyboard arrow keys for fast navigation. Each move shows its quality badge, centipawn loss, and tactic tags right in the list, so you can quickly scan for the critical moments and jump straight to your mistakes and blunders.
Playing without reviewing is like practicing scales without ever listening back. You repeat the same mistakes and never understand why you lost. Game review shows you exactly where your decisions went wrong, what patterns you missed, and what stronger moves were available. The accuracy percentage tracks your progress over time, and the coach commentary teaches you principles that carry into your next game. It is the fastest way to improve at chess.
